Built on Trust.
Backed by Generations.

Our mission is simple: to provide honest, reliable, and high-quality HVAC services that put people first. We believe that every customer deserves real solutions, not sales pressure.  It is our goal—to deliver comfort, safety, and peace of mind through professional workmanship and dedicated service.

We envision a future where every customer feels confident knowing they have a trusted HVAC partner they can rely on year after year.

  • A future where homeowners aren’t pressured, but are empowered to make informed decisions about their heating and cooling needs.

  • A future where Texas businesses turn to us first, knowing we have the manpower, experience, and expertise to handle projects of any size, anywhere in the state.

  • A future where we continue to give back to the communities we serve, offering our time, talent, and services to help those in need.

Trust

Our Core Values

01

Family-Owned & Community Driven

We are proud to continue a multi-generational legacy of HVAC service in Texas. Family isn’t just who we are—it’s how we do business. We treat every customer like part of the family, with respect, honesty, and care.

02

Honesty Over Sales

We believe in providing genuine solutions, not pushing upgrades or services you don’t need. Our customers trust us because we take the time to explain your options and recommend what’s truly best for your home or business.

03

Licensed, Insured, and Professional

With state licensing and full insurance, we deliver services you can trust—safely, legally, and with accountability. Our certified technicians are trained to uphold the highest standards on every job.

04

Responsive and Reliable

We know how urgent HVAC issues can be. That’s why we offer 24/7 emergency services, fast call routing to our team, and dependable scheduling that works around your needs.

05

Commitment to Quality

From residential repairs to large commercial installs, we stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our team is dedicated to getting it done right the first time.

06

Giving Back

We believe in supporting our neighbors and churches by donating services to those in real need, quietly giving back to the community that’s helped build our business.

Trenton Baxley

Trenton Baxley represents the third generation of HVAC professionals in his family, continuing a legacy that began in the 1970s when his grandfather founded BackSlee Air. From a young age, Trenton was immersed in the industry, learning firsthand the values of hard work, honesty, and customer care passed down through his family.

In 2019, after years of experience working with one of the largest commercial HVAC contractors in the nation, Trenton made the bold decision to step out on his own. He started small—working out of his pickup truck and subcontracting for other HVAC companies. With nothing but determination and a commitment to doing right by his customers, he built Texas Pro AC & Heating from the ground up. One of his first major milestones came when Uncle Thomas sold him an old van with 200,000 miles on it. After getting it running again, Trenton drove it 3.5 hours home and hit the ground running. That van became the starting point for what Texas Pro AC & Heating is today.

Following the loss of his father in 2021, Trenton took on the work and legacy of his dad’s company, Kent AC. Since then, he has grown the business every year, expanding services, adding team members, and building a reputation as a trusted partner for homeowners, builders, and businesses across Texas.

What sets Trenton apart is his genuine commitment to people. He believes in offering solutions—not sales pressure—and in treating every customer’s home or project like it’s his own. He’s built a team that shares his values: polite, professional, and community-focused. From local service calls to statewide commercial projects, Trenton leads with integrity, experience, and heart.
